Introduction
TR Solids Control adopts advanced technique internationally and mechanized production methods to produce our own TR brand shaker screens and replacement screens for international famous brand. Our screens are alternative from API 40 to API 325. TR screens are with long service life, good separation effect, and up to API standard.
Specialties of hook strip flat frame screens as follows
- Screen panel are composed of two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers with a steel backing plate combined together. It can improve screen intensity, and get effective filtering effect.
- Screen cloth adopts thick wire cloth in middle and bottom part. It's combined with different thickness steel backing plate together to infinitely enhance the whole screen use intensity.
- Because of different models and clients requirements, we could choose different steel backing plate forms, for example hexagonal, rectangular, square, all can support above screen cloth. The whole cloth is divided into independent small surfaces to prevent the part excessive expansion damage, which can better extend screen life time.
