Product Introduction
TRLSB series centrifugal pump is a kinds of drilling fluid pump developed for special installation requirements. Horizontal sand pump is commonly used in drilling fluids, but it does not have self-priming function and can only be installed under mud tank to make the tank volume small. And horizontal sand pump is not easy to disassemble. Therefore, TR developed a new type of vertical sand pump for this purpose.
Our vertical centrifugal pump is suitable for transporting corrosive liquids with suspended particles or other similar conditions. It is mainly used for special occasions such as limited installation area, and it’s also used as the feeding pump of desander, desilter, and centrifuge. Currently we have five types: LSB8*6, LSB6*5, LSB5*4, LSB4*3, and LSB3*2.

- Beautiful appearance: overall structure is vertical with small floor area.
- High efficiency: impeller and pump casing flow path adopt the best leisure design.
- Long life: impeller and pump casing flow path are optimized for streamline design.
- No block: open impeller design.
- No leakage: composite seals with main mechanical seals and auxiliary packing seals. Mechanical seals are made of hard alloys and their service life is 5 times that of ordinary seals.
